Julien Manival, through his holding company Milandre, is joining forces with the Partouche Group and Stanislas Wawrinka to create an ambitious new player in the F&B, hospitality, and entertainment sectors: Must Group.
For over a decade, Julien Manival, founder of the Bonne Compagnie Group, has been offering innovative living and meeting places with a focus on gastronomy and entertainment in Occitanie. With 7 establishments in the region and a turnover of 15 million euros, the entrepreneur, through his holding company Milandre, is about to embark on a new challenge with the support of the Partouche Group and Stanislas Wawrinka.
The Partouche Group, a major player in entertainment in France and Europe, will provide full support in the financial structuring of current and future projects and all its expertise in F&B, entertainment, and the management of living spaces.
Experiential focus on F&B,
hospitality, and entertainment.
« We have over a decade of experience in the F&B and entertainment industry. Combined with the unparalleled expertise and strength of the Partouche Group, we are thrilled to embark on this ambitious project. The roadmap is set, the objectives are defined, and the first projects will be realized shortly. Now it’s our turn to impose our style and vision in this field. »
The first project comes to fruition in spring 2024, in Cannes, right in the heart of the Croisette. Must Group takes over the famous “3.14” beach, which is renamed “Copal Beach”. In parallel, Must Group is working on the launch of new activities in Paris, scheduled to open in early 2025. In the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, the Group is opening a 450 m² restaurant in an iconic location and a stronghold of Parisian life.
The goal is simple: to create a place for living and meeting, suitable for both business lunches and festive dinners, with dedicated spaces for each. This new venue embodies Must Group’s ambition to revive the experiential aspect of F&B, hospitality, and entertainment.
